Republicans surged in early voting Monday in Clark County, nearly matching Democratic raw votes. The Democrats have a voter registration advantage of 13 percent in Clark, but Republicans lost by only 400 out of roughly 20,000 votes cast.
The statewide turnout advantage of the GOP is now 3 percent.
