Looks like Ralph Nader is officially out of the picture in Pa., this time for good. According to the Associated Press, with one judge dissenting, the Pa. supreme court upheld a lower Commonwealth Court ruling that Nader could not appear on the 2004 ballot.
This won't bode well with the Bush campaign in a state that was already leaning Kerry.
