Shameless Promotion: Recap of the Supreme Court’s 2009-2010 Term

Tomorrow, Heritage will be hosting its annual Scholars and Scribes event, recapping the most important cases of the last term, and exploring what Stevens’ departure and Kagan’s likely addition will mean to the Court.

This year, we once again have all-star participants.  The scholars panel, which begins at 10 am, includes the following notable practitioners and scholars:

Walter Dellinger, Partner, O’Melveny & Myers, and former Acting Solicitor General of the United States

Richard Epstein, Laurence A. Tisch Professor of Law, New York University Law School

Gregory Garre, Partner, Latham & Watkins, and former Solicitor General of the United States

And the scribes panel, which begins at 11 am, includes the following distinguished Supreme Court reporters:

Robert Barnes, Supreme Court Correspondent, The Washington Post

Jess Bravin, Senior Special Writer, The Wall Street Journal

Those in the DC area can learn more about the event and rsvp here.  For those outside the DC area, I understand that the event will be carried live on C-SPAN, or you can watch online through the link on Heritage’s web site.
