Cuccinelli Gives K & S the Heave-Ho

The Washington Examiner reports this morning (h/t Instapundit) that Virginia attorney general Ken Cuccinelli has “terminated his office’s relationship with King & Spalding” as a result of the firm’s “obsequious act of weakness” (Cuccinelli’s words, those) in caving to pressure on the DOMA case.  Good for him, and good for the integrity of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
