Vote on Six Held Over

Yesterday the Senate Judiciary Committee postponed a scheduled vote on former Kansas Attorney General Steven Six to a seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  The vote is now scheduled for next week.  How Six will fare is anyone’s guess.  Both Kansas Senators — Pat Roberts and Jerry Moran — have announced their opposition to Six’s confirmation.
