Georgetown Law School Event

by Ed Whelan

At noon tomorrow (Thursday) at Georgetown law school, Clark Neily (of the Institute for Justice) and I will discuss/debate the concepts of judicial activism versus judicial restraint—and the rival dichotomy of “judicial engagement” and “judicial abdication” that Neily and IJ favor. For more information or to RSVP, contact David Silvers at [email protected].

I’ll also note that Neily is guest-blogging this week at the Volokh Conspiracy on these topics. (These posts summarize my contrary views.)
