The Federalist Society’s 14th Annual Faculty Conference started this afternoon at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. Those who have been following our coverage of recusal issues might be interested in the panel on judicial ethics, which is set to take place tomorrow from 3:45 to 5:30 p.m. 

The panel will include Professors Charles Geyh, Stephen Gillers, and Ronald Rotunda, as well as Judge Rayond Randolph of the D.C. Circuit, and will be moderated by Judge Deanell Tacha. More details available here.
