Yesterday the President made two more judicial nominations. He nominated Magistrate Judge Robert Bacharach of Oklahoma to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and Maine attorney William Kayatta Jr. to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  Howard Bashman rounds up some early press coverage of the nominations here.
