This coming Thursday, I will be speaking to the Orange County lawyers chapter of the Federalist Society about the judicial-confirmation process and the 2012 elections. More information about the lunchtime event, which includes CLE credit, is available here.
On Friday and Saturday, I will be taking part in the third annual Originalism Works-in-Progress Conference, sponsored by the University of San Diego law school’s Center for the Study of Constitutional Originalism.
