Two Down, Two to Go

by Roger Clegg

I had an op-ed yesterday in the Washington Times, arguing that, after good Supeme Court decisions this summer in two of the major areas in which we find racial preferences these days (education and voting), what we now need are good decisions in the other two areas where racial preferences are common: employment and contracting. I explain that employment and contracting preferences are already very hard to justify legally, but they continue nonetheless; the Court should shut the door on them.
