Bush’s Legacy

The new issue of National Review (dated Dec. 29) features articles addressing various aspects of President Bush’s legacy.  Among them, my essay “Supreme Success:  Thanks to Bush, we have a chance for a Roberts Court” focuses on the judiciary, and Matt Franck has an excellent piece on presidential power.  (And I’m looking forward to reading the articles by Mark Steyn, John O’Sullivan, Rich Lowry, Jay Nordlinger, Ramesh Ponnuru, Thomas Donnelly, and Andy McCarthy.)
