Gee, Fordham Is Catholic?

Who knew?  Well, someone remembered, and the fact has occasioned a bit of controversy, given the news that Fordham University’s law school is giving an “ethics” prize to Justice Stephen Breyer, the author of the Supreme Court’s opinion in Stenberg v. Carhart (2000), overturning a state ban on partial-birth abortion.
