Victory for California Homeschoolers

The California appellate court that ruled several months ago that parents without valid teaching credentials can’t legally home-school their children has, on a petition for rehearing, reversed its reading of California statutory law.  Here (HT:  How Appealing) are the court’s new opinion and coverage from the Los Angeles Times.
