Re: Polling Shenanigans?

In the print edition of today’s Washington Post, a box accompanying the article on the recent poll results concerning the Supreme Court sets forth the text of questions asked about two of last term’s cases.  As I suspected, the questions are not well designed to yield an accurate measure of Americans’ sentiments.  I will set forth my criticisms when I am able to offer a more comprehensive discussion of the poll.  That more comprehensive discussion is impossible now, for despite the fact that the box in today’s paper claims that “[c]omplete data from the poll can be found” on the Post’s website, there is (at the time I’m posting this) zero information available concerning the questions about the Supreme Court.
