Stuart Taylor on Title VII Ledbetter Ruling

As usual, the National Journal’s Stuart Taylor puts in sane and informed perspective the “vastly exaggerated” attacks by Justice Ginsburg, the New York Times and many of the other usual suspects on the Supreme Court’s ruling two weeks ago (in Ledbetter v. Goodyear Tire) on the EEOC charging period in Title VII pay-discrimination cases.  Taylor’s essay is available for a week at this link.  (My previous postings on this case are here, here, and here.)
