No More Supreme Picks for Bush?

If Jan Crawford Greenburg is right, President Bush will not get to pick another Supreme Court nominee before he leaves office, according to Roger Alford at the international law blog Opinio Juris .  During an appearance at Pepperdine to promote her new book, Supreme Conflict , Greenburg remarked that Justice Stevens is “busy fighting for the soul of Justice Kennedy,” and Justice Ginsburg is also unlikely to retire.
