NRO’s home for judicial news and analysis.

Rick Santorum Joins EPPC

Text

Former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum was a stalwart on judicial confirmations, among many other things.  That’s my hook for announcing here the great news that Santorum is now a Senior Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center (the think tank I head that enables me to do my Bench Memos blogging).  He is establishing a program on America’s Enemies that will focus on identifying, studying, and heightening awareness of the threats posed to America and the West from a growing array of anti-Western forces.  On NRO today, John J. Miller has an excellent article on Santorum’s plans.

Rick Santorum is joining a host of other scholars at EPPC who will be familiar to many NRO readers, including George Weigel, Hadley Arkes, Stanley Kurtz, Joe Loconte, Christine Rosen, Wilfred McClay, James Bowman, Michael Cromartie, Eric Cohen, Yuval Levin, and Colleen Carroll Campbell.  You may also know EPPC by The New Atlantis, our outstanding journal of technology and society (and a frequent topic of discussion on The Corner).
