Re: Home At Last


A regular reader of this page drops me a line, referring to my posting below on Justice O’Connor’s ready adaptation to the norms of the Baker-Hamilton study group, and remarking that “some would say her entire career on the Court was itself an attempt at government-by-blue-ribbon-commission.”  This observation may be the Rosetta Stone of O’Connor scholarship, the key to unlocking the hitherto indecipherable principles of her jurisprudence.
