Greenhouse’s Fabrications, Lane’s Appeal

Today at NRO, Douglas Johnson, one of the indispensable people at the National Right to Life Committee, takes up the subject I broached here Sunday about the New York Times’ Linda Greenhouse trying to pass off false information about partial-birth abortion. In a fuller treatment than I provided, Johnson explores the issue that the Supreme Court will consider in oral arguments today. I look forward to whatever report Ed Whelan is able to file on those arguments. Meanwhile, over at the Washington Post, Charles Lane manages not to talk to anyone on the anti-abortion side in an article, about Justice Kennedy’s pivotal vote in this case, that might as well be titled, “Tony, Won’t You Please Change Your Mind?”
