A Slip on Mt. Olympus

Whoever runs the usually impeccable Supreme Court website has made a tiny error at the page where new opinions appear.  In the column where one or two initials are used to indicate the author of the Court’s opinion in a case, the listing for that aforementioned Hudson case mistakenly gives the author as “DS” for David Souter, not “AS” for Antonin Scalia as it should be.  This is a very rare mistake for the anonymous webmaster at the Court.

UPDATE: The Court’s webpage has now been corrected.
