‘Trove or Trouble?’

The National Archives has identified some 168,000 pages of documents from Elena Kagan’s stint in the White House. According to the WSJ Law Blog, this is over double the amount of material from the nomination of John Roberts to the Supreme Court. When will these documents actually be released? Who knows. According to the archives, they need to review the documents “line by line” to check for potentially privileged information. It could be awhile.
