Jonathan H. Adler teaches environmental and constitutional law at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he is also associate director of the Center for Business Law and Regulation. He is the author or editor of three books and numerous articles in periodicals far less prestigious than NRO or NRODT, ranging from the Washington Post and Weekly Standard, to the Environmental Law Reporter and Supreme Court Economic Review.
