Is Team Hilary Quietly Recognizing That They’re Losing Ground Among Blacks?

So back on February 28, I wondered about the sample size in that Washington Post poll that showed Hillary losing ground among blacks. It was widely cited on the weekend shows, but I figured maybe there was less to it than met the eye, because of the larger-than-normal margin of error.

Well, I guess there must be some genuine movement there. Why do I say that?

Mark Penn, Hillary’s chief strategist, didn’t address the issue at all in his March 3 update. If he could have disputed the Post’s numbers, he would have.

Seems like a dog that isn’t barking.
