When They Say ‘Red,’ They Mean the Cerulean Indigo Kind of Red

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee proudly declares that their “Red to Blue” list has expanded to 26 House seats.

From the name, “Red to Blue,” you would think these are Republican-held seats where they think they can knock off an incumbent Republican or win an open seat currently occupied by a departing GOP lawmaker. But in fact, 10 are seats currently held by Democrats, almost 40 percent.

The NRCC chuckles about this, but I wag my finger at them for laughing at the handicapped; clearly somebody over at the DCCC is color-blind.
