Ms. Speaker, This Is How Gibbs Knows What’s Going on in Your Districts.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi bashed White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs Tuesday night, even as the president’s top spokesman continued to backpedal from his assertion that Democrats could lose control of the House in the November election . . . “How could [Gibbs] know what is going on in our districts?” Pelosi told her members in the caucus meeting in the basement of the Capitol Tuesday night. “Some may weigh his words more than others. We have made our disagreement known to the White House.

How could he know? Well . . .

South Dakota at-large district: Republican Kristi Noem 49, incumbent Democrat Stephanie Herseth-Sandlin 44.

North Dakota at-large district: Republican Rick Berg 51, incumbent Democrat Earl Pomeroy 44.

North Carolina’s 2nd district: Republican Renee Ellmers 39, incumbent Democrat Bob Etheridge 38.

Iowa’s 3rd district: Republican Brad Zaun 41, incumbent Democrat Leonard Boswell 32.

Mississippi’s 1st district: Republican Alan Nunnelee 50, incumbent Democrat Travis Childers 42.

Nevada’s 3rd district: Republican Joe Heck 49, incumbent Democrat Dina Titus 44.

South Carolina’s 5th district: Republican Mick Mulvaney 41, incumbent Democrat John Spratt 43.

Texas’s 23rd district: Francisco Canseco 45, incumbent Democrat Ciro Rodriguez 48.

Perhaps the more important question is, “Does Nancy Pelosi know what’s going on in Democratic House districts?”
