Ezra Klein, yesterday: “Gonzo journalist Ian Murphy noticed one of Wisconsin’s Senate Democrats complaining that Gov. Scott Walker was impossible to reach on the phone.”
So, just to clarify, lawmakers who have fled the state, who are calling in to CNN from an undisclosed location with a list of demands, are complaining that the governor is hard to reach.
Well, after what they did to him yesterday and in light of all that's going on, the man IS likely quite busy after all... Stand with Walker!

You know, the Gov. has been in the statehouse every day, why not stop by and say 'Hi!'

Reply to this commentLinkReport AbuseI'm afraid that if you asked the average WI Dem legislator to define "irony", they'd tell you that it is just like Goldy and Bronzey, only made of iron.

Reply to this commentLinkReport AbuseHere I was dragging, being so low on irony, this was a GREAT pick me up!!!
Reply to this commentLinkReport AbuseObviously, the Senate Dems should pose as Republican donors. They'll get put right through to the Governor.
Reply to this commentLinkReport AbuseWhenever a reporter relays any of these 'demands' to Governor Walker in an interview, and they have done so several times already, his response should be, "The proper place for them to debate this is on the floor of the Wisconsin Senate, with their fellow Senators. I'm not going to respond to the demands of fugitives relayed to me third hand through reporters that have been called from an undisclosed location."
Why should he respond to anything they have to say, or trouble to answer any of their phone calls, until they've returned to their jobs?
