Joe Biden: ‘The American People Right Now, Many of Them Are in Trouble.’

Vice President Joe Biden offers Republicans a pep talk:

It’s not a united Republican party . . . Absolutely, it’s strong enough to beat both of us. No matter what the circumstance, at the end of the day, the American people right now, many of them are in trouble, an even larger percentage have stagnant wages and a significant majority of the American people believe the country’s not moving in the right direction. That is never a good place to be going into a reelection . . . They’re going to have to choose whether or not the path we have set the country on is the path we should go or whether we should go back to liberating the economy in the terms of . . .[voice trails off]

Good heavens. Give this man a slot at the 2012 Republican convention!

Joe Biden, the gift that keeps on giving.

Biden also pointed out that voters still give George W. Bush the lion's share of the credit for the lousy economy.

The gift that keeps on giving? Thy name is Dubya -- the modern-day Hoover.

"Still, most don't blame the administration for the state of the economy. Asked who was most to blame, Americans cited the Bush administration (22 percent), followed by Wall Street (16 percent), Congress (15 percent) and then the Obama administration (12 percent.) One in 10 said 'all of the above.'"

Lion's share?

Presidentally speaking, yes: 22-12. Throw in Congress, and it's 37-12 -- Republicans in a rout!

If I (write-in) vote for Joe Biden, does that mean my vote goes to Obama too?

Solve media picture: double-cross

Hey, I think we have the GOP nominee for 2012, Uncle Joe 2012!

Crafty he is.

Imagine if the GOP nominee picks Marco Rubio as VP. Rubio, 40 years old, fresh, young, with great ideas, against 70+ year old Joe Biden, who tries to keep saying, "The economy...is getting better." Now picture Dukakis when he said, "No I don't Bernie, I have been against it all of my life...I don't think it is a de-terr-terr-terr-ent."

Now THAT would be hilarious.

I just had to agree and laugh at your comment. Obama isn't the only bozo in office. His second in command is right up there with him in stupid land, too!

Can't wait for the debates with Biden and whomever (Rubio, Cain). Maybe they should add a laugh track.
