Terry McAuliffe’s Life Would Make a Pretty Good Video Game

by Jim Geraghty

The Republican party of Virginia presents the new, shocking video game, “Green Tech Auto”:

I’m deeply disappointed that it wasn’t more like the “Grand Theft Auto” series, where you could play the game and steal and wreck a GreenTech MyCar (well, at least try to, with its top speed of 35 mph), blow it up, use a golf club to beat up rivals, smoke stogies with Bill Clinton in the strip club, go hunting with European royalty*, wrestle an alligator*, and then make a bundle on an operation that state officials call a “a visa for sale scheme” . . .

* These aspects of McAuliffe’s life are real. The others are more like the “Grand Theft Auto” video-game series.
