Life Imitates Parody, Again

Comedian Bill Maher, back on June 14: “You don’t have to be on television every minute of every day — you’re the president, not a rerun of ‘Law & Order.’”

New York Times television critic Alessandra Stanley, today: “Viewers have grown accustomed to the drama of live politics. Sunday looked more like a string of TNT reruns, an Obama health care overhaul marathon.”

If we have to pursue this course, can we get some Arthur Branch cameos?
