So He’s Not a Fan of Duncan

There’s a brouhaha brewing on whether the founder of the list of Top Conservatives on Twitter (I’m among the 1500 or so on that rapidly expanding list) overstepped his bounds by declaring Mike Duncan’s reelection as chairman of the Republican National Committee unacceptable and calling on Duncan to withdraw his candidacy.

Most comments on Twitter will probably be long forgotten by the time the RNC members vote on January 29, and in the end, the decision comes down to the 168 RNC members’ assessment of Duncan, not that of Twitter users or grassroots Republicans.

Nonetheless, I will avoid the pun that some say this is just “a tempest in a TCOT.”
