Noonan debuted on the list at #7, then reached #3, before moving up yet another notch. The former Reagan speechwriter’s success is a tribute to her brilliant pen-and also to strong anti-Hillary feeling in the country.

After all, it takes a village to make a top New York Times bestseller.
