Solomon Likely to Survive

Lyle Denniston reports on today’s oral argument in the Solomon Amendment case, Rumsfeld v. FAIR. His preliminary take is that the Justices seemed very unlikely to invalidate the Solomon Amendment. While I have yet to listen to the argument audio, this seems right to me. Given existing precedent, I would be shocked were the Court to strike down the law.
