13 Colony Swings South

The 13-Colony Tour for What Would the Founders Do? visits the states of Button Gwinnett, Richard Spaight and Edward Rutledge. (Who was shot? Who was imprisoned?) Later today, I will be speaking at the Atlanta History Center, 130 West Paces Road NW, Atlanta, Georgia, from 8 PM to 9 PM. (There is a dinner beforehand, so this is a fancy event).

Wednesday, June 14 I am at Quail Ridge Books, 3255 Wade Ave., Raleigh, North Carolina, from 7 PM to 8 PM.

Thursday, June 15 I am at Barnes & Noble, 1821 Rittenberg Blvd., Charleston, South Carolina, from 7 PM to 8 PM.

My thanks to all Cornerites who have come to previous events, or called in when I was on local media.

So far the prize for the kookiest state goes to Delaware, where I got one Anti-Masonic question, and one Anti-Catholic question (if those two people had been at the same event, they could have mauled each other). The Founders took it in their stride.
