Baker and Hamilton gave a dose of adrenalin to Iran’s dangerous overconfidence.  But the Islamic Republic’s economy may be far more vulnerable than its leaders want to admit.  This opens a number of possibilities for Washington short of military action, if we want to compel Tehran to change its behavior.
