Constitutional Issues

Text

Many have said that they favor a constitutional amendment that ensures that state legislatures will decide the issue of same-sex marriage, not state courts.  Others have said that they favor a constitutional amendment that defines marriage, and applies it nationally.   Now, many have said that they favor a constitutional amendment that outlaws abortion (or most abortions anyway).  Some have said that they favor a constitutional amendment that returns the legal decision to the states.   I don’t get back to The Corner often enough these days to sort this out, but are there folks here who oppose a constitutional amendment defining marriage nationally but support an amendment opposing abortion nationally?
