U. Michigan Cover-Up?

Did the University of Michigan lie to the Supreme Court about crucial facts in the famous case on racial preferences? There is reason to suspect that it may have done so. Facts that could have answered this question definitively, thereby potentially undermining the Court’s ruling in the Michigan case, are arguably being suppressed. Yet the prospect that this dangerous data might be revealed has apparently upended efforts to strike down Michigan’s new, voter-passed, amendment barring so-called affirmative action. Terry Pell, of the Center for Individual Rights, has the story at the new NAS website.
