Four Connecticut Judges Overturn State’s Marriage Laws


Another 4-3 court ruling for SSM in Connecticut.  The civil unions law there not only failed to protect marriage it was used by gay marriage advocates to argue that marriage laws are unconstitutional.   The middle ground is fast falling away. . . More after I read the decision.    It’s going to be hard to argue in Florida and Arizona that the idea same-sex marriage could happen is just a “hoax” as one paper put it.
