More on Market’s Post-Election Tumble

by Andrew C. McCarthy

A reader (who, I don’t think, will be blowing back a kiss to the 52 [hearts] 48 crowd):

When stocks were up pretty big on election day, the headline I saw was “Stocks cheer likely Obama victory.”

Midway though the day Wed as things had turned modestly negative, it was “Stocks taking profits on Obama’s win,” putting a positive connotation (“profits”) on negative news.  Then things closed much worse, but Obama disappeared from the headlines.

And today it is “Dow tumbles 450 as economic woes mount.”

These people have no shame.
