A new Qunnipiac poll of Ohioans finds high approval ratings for President Obama, and general approval of his economic policy proposals. Nonetheless, by a margin of 51-42, Ohio voters do not believe that the stimulus bill will help them. Independents split 57-36. That’s interesting. The radio is filled with pro-stimulus ads by some independent political outfit, and yet Ohioans are skeptical of the bill’s value. Maybe they’ve been reading the stimulus.
