This is what happens when the federal goverment gets into the auto business: It tries to make flying ever more inconvenient.

We may not be allowed to read books during the final hour of flights anymore, but at least we can look out the windows. It will be best, however, if we don’t know where we are:

While over U.S. airspace, flight crews may not make any announcements to passengers concerning the flight path or the airplane’s position over cities or landmarks.

Wouldn’t it be safer just to board up the windows?
