Beam Him Up Again


After spending seven years in federal prison on corruption charges, former Rep. James Traficant (D-OH) is considering a political comeback, and is styling himself as a tea-party hero.  He wants to abolish the IRS and institute a consumption tax, station troops on the border, shutter the Department of Education and reform federal prisons.  I wonder what gave him this last idea?
