The Federalist Society has posted my detailed but admittedly dry description of racial and gender preferences in Section 342 of the Dodd-Frank bill; Andy flagged Diana Furchtgott-Roth’s sexier treatment late last week. Oh, and by the way, the use of race and sex is not limited to Section 342, as Carl Horowitz discusses here.
