Stimulus by Another Name

The $50 billion-dollar infrastructure program seems like a half-hearted attempt at transportation funding. It falls well short of a commitment to long-term transportation reauthorization, suggesting the nation can expect even more delays in grappling with pressing infrastructure needs. This is simply another dressed-up attempt at stimulus funding.
