I think there might be enough Democrats for her to get it, the next person in line is Hoyer, who is too moderate for many of the remaining Democrats who were from the safer districts. I thought she would just retire from congress after this, but I guess she wants to stick around. I say let her, she is the perfect face for house Democrats.

And NBC has now suspended Keith Olbermann for contributing to Democrat candidates with prior permission. The election fallout continues apace.

Let's not get in their way as they all fight it out.

This isn't good news for Democrats. Nancy Pelosi is the most unpopular member of Congress and as long as she has the chance to be Speaker of the House, Democrats will remain in the minority.

She wants to orchestrate the Democrat Comeback. You see, once the gridlock created by the Party of No is exposed as preventing the long planned economic recovery from occurring then, the scales will fall from the eyes of the American Electorate and (embaras*ed and chastened) we will beg our Democrat Superiors to save us. They, of course, will forgive our faithlessness once we have completed our mandatory re-education courses and pledge our eternal allegiance to the (un)Holy Triumvirate of Obama/Reid/Pelosi.
