Where’s the Beef?

Boston College is a Catholic school. Although its cafeterias serve meat during Lent, a couple of them recently adopted the trendy cause of “Meatless Monday” as part of “an effort to reduce carbon emissions.” Ian Malone of the Student Free Press Association has the story.

UPDATE: Just to clarify, the cafeteria serves meat during Lent on Fridays. So Boston College prefers to honor the theology of global warming over the practices of its own church.
