Levin and Wehner on Reagan and Bush

Mark Levin and Peter Wehner have been having a multi-platform debate over whether George W. Bush governed as a conservative.

Levin first gives a broad comment on GWB’s non-conservative tendencies in the course of defending Sarah Palin. Wehner rises to Bush’s defense, favorably comparing his record with conservative “gold standard” Ronald Reagan on everything from entitlements to immigration. Then the numbered lists and bullet points get broken out in Levin’s lengthy rebuttal and Wehner’s lengthy rebuttal to the rebuttal. It’s interesting stuff.
