As Andrew Stuttaford writes, Sen. Graham pines for the good old days of censorship, saying “During World War II, you had limits on what you could do if it inspired the enemy.”

Really? Were there such laws? And did someone forget to tell Walt Disney (and just about any other moviemaker or advertiser) about them?
