The thing is that people don’t really support the Palestinians, they oppose the Jewish state. The actions of the Palestinians are literally irrelevant to them because Israel’s existence is what they really oppose. If Israel were any other state besides a Jewish state, neither Vittorio Arrigoni, nor any other “Activist” would give a fig, or these “Activists” would be devoting their activism to the dozens of real human rights abuses being perpetrated by countries other than Israel. For this reason, the “International Community” will hold the Palestinians who murder Pro Palestinian activists blameless. If you doubt this, imagine how the “International Community’s” reaction would differ if Israel had murdered these activists.

@JRapp: I agree with your analysis, but what it seems to be saying, without saying it, is that the world is antisemitic and that's why they are 'for' the Palestinians (which is really just being against the Jews).

I can't argue with this, though I wish it weren't true, and it defies logic why this is the case. The Jewish people are small in number, their territory is the size of Delaware.
