Cain: On Taxes, from Flat to Fair


Herman Cain spoke with National Review Online over the weekend in Washington, a few hours before he delivered the keynote address at Ralph Reed’s Faith and Freedom conference.

Here, the GOP presidential candidate talks about his support for the FairTax, an across-the-board consumption tax that would replace the Internal Revenue Service and the current income-tax system. Cain, a former flat-tax proponent, explains his evolution.
