What Was All That Ruckus About, Again?

Back in February, many Wisconsin teachers tried to rush back to their school-board negotiating tables to “Walker-proof” their lavish pension and health-care benefits. According to this instructive news report from a Milwaukee TV station, the Armageddon teachers had predicted with the rollback of collective bargaining hasn’t happened; in fact, it has many school districts swimming in the black for the first time in a long time. Except, of course, those districts which caved in to the demands of their teachers and signed new contracts.
